Description
The Tenuta Belguardo run by the Mazzei Family is the most important Cru the winery produces, expressing to the full the “terroir” from which it comes.
A Cru produced in the Maremma Toscana area with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and a small addition of Cabernet Franc – about 10%. It has a full dense ruby red colour. On the nose it is intense with notes of fruits and flowers. It goes well with stews and any red meat.
Try it in combination with a special dish from Trattoria 4 Leoni: beef cheek with Borrettane onions. A very tasty meat dish that you can try to make at home with our exclusive recipe.
