Description
A Cru produced by the Mazzei family in the Tuscan Maremma area with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and a small addition of Cabernet Franc, about 10%. It has a full and consistent ruby red color. The nose is intense and with floral and fruity notes. It goes well with stews and any red meat. To try in combination with a special dish from Trattoria 4 Leoni, beef cheek with Borrettane onions: a very tasty second course of meat that you can try to make at home with our exclusive recipe.
