Pinot Noir Belvedere Estate 2020

Description

The Belvedere Estate is a small but interesting reality of 9 hectares cultivated in biodynamics. This Pinot Noir is their representative wine even if produced in only a little more than 3,000 bottles. The approach in the vineyard is decidedly natural and in the cellar there is a permameza on the skins for 13 days to extract color but also tannin and grit. Despite its extreme drinkability, this wine manages to seem full and complex in its 14 degrees of alcohol. All in a pleasant balance that leads us to drink it both in winter with traditional long-cooking dishes and in summer perhaps slightly cold in temperature for a lunch or a rich aperitif. The freshness in the latter case will be enhanced by the temperature and a bottle will always be little! Come and try it in the Enoteca.
