Grape variety and winemaking
This Franciacorta Brut Millesimato is produced only from Chardonnay grapes. The base wine ferments in steel; After the second fermentation in the bottle, it ages about 70 months on the lees, developing a very fine perlage, aromas of ripe fruit, candied citrus fruits, bread crust, pastry and a subtle minerality. The sip is full, enveloping, but supported by a beautiful freshness.
