A Chianti Classico fermented at low temperatures in steel vats in order to preserve the primary aromas of the grapes; then aging takes place in small oak barrels. Composed of 95% Sangiovese grapes and 5% Canaiolo and Colorino. It has a dark ruby red color, some notes of sweet spices, a broad and rich tannic and persistent finish. The recommended pairings are aged cheeses and red meat main courses.

A Chianti Classico fermented at low temperature in steel vats so as to preserve the primary aromas of the grape, then matured in small oak barrels. Composed of 95% Sangiovese and 5% Canaiolo and Colorino. Has a dark ruby red colour, with some overtones of sweet spices, and an ample and rich tannic imprint that lingers long on the palate. Suggested pairings with matured cheeses and red meat.
