Carmignano di Fattoria di Bacchereto – Terre a Mano is a red wine fermented in concrete and aged in large oak casks. Easy on the nose with scents of ripe red fruits, pepper, leather, sweet tobacco and liquorice. On the palate it is powerful, elegant and smooth, fresh and persistent.

Carmignano di Fattoria di Bacchereto – Terre a Mano is a DOCG wine produced on the hills with marl limestone lands of the Alberese type, clayey shales and sandstones with Sangiovese grape variety 75%, Canaiolo Nero 10%, Cabernet Sauvignon 15%, without the use of herbicides, chemical fertilizers or pesticides. 100% manual harvesting of the grapes 1st week of October for Sangiovese and Canaiolo; 2nd week for Cabernet Sauvignon. The Carmignano of Fattoria di Bacchereto – Terre a Mano is the result of a vinification with natural yeasts for 15 days in vitrified cement vats and then with malolactic fermentation and aging in 350 l tonneaux. of Allier oak on the fine lees for 12/18 months and therefore at least 6 months in bottle. No clarification and filtration. Excellent pairing with grilled meat and game to be enjoyed in the 4 Leoni restaurant in Piazza della Passera in Florence.
