Description
The Cabreo Il Borgo comes from the slopes of Greve in Chianti from Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Fermentation is done in steel with maturing in French oak barriques for 18 months. Then 6 months of aging in the bottle. A brilliant ruby red and a velvety taste with hints of forest floor and raspberries. Goes well with roast meats and game and to accompany matured cheeses.
