Description
In the hills, above Cortona, the Baracchi vineyards look down on the Valdichiana, with the light of the sunset caressing the rows. From this landscape comes the Baracchi Spumante Brut Rosé Metodo Classico, a rosé bubble that seems to be made on purpose to recall aperitifs on the terrace, summer evenings under the stars and celebrations in Tuscany. A sip that combines elegance and freshness, with the charm of an enchanting view of the countryside.
Grape variety and winemaking
This classic method is mainly produced from Sangiovese grapes grown on the hills of Cortona. After rosé vinification, the wine referments in the bottle according to the classic method, remaining on the lees for a long time to develop finesse and complexity. In the glass it has an elegant pale pink color, fine perlage and aromas of small red fruits, bread crust and delicate floral references.
Food pairings
Ideal as a refined aperitif, it goes very well with fish tartare, carpaccio, delicate raw fish, sushi, seafood dishes, summer salads and fresh cheeses, as well as light land appetizers.
Who is it suitable for and on what occasion
Perfect for those who love elegant but not overly sweet rosé bubbles, and are looking for a classic Tuscan method with character. It is the right bottle for a romantic aperitif, a birthday party, a special occasion or to relive the atmosphere of a toast in Tuscany.
