An Amarone della Valpolicella with 50% Corvina Veronese, 30% Rondinella, 15% Corvinone and 5% Oseleta vines. It is produced with native grapes which, after being harvested in October, are dried on racks until February. It then matures in oak barrels for 3 years. Ruby red in color with purple reflections. On the palate you can smell black cherry, dried fruit, plum and licorice. A full, complex and velvety wine, with soft tannins and long persistence. It goes well with aged cheeses, game and red meat.

Description
An Amarone from Valpolicella with 50% Corvina Veronese vines, 30% Rondinella, 15% Corvinone and 5% Oselata. Produced with indigenous grapes which after October harvesting are laid out to dry on trellises until February. Then matured in oak barrels for 3 years. Ruby red with hints of purple. The nose is black cherry, dried fruit, plums and licorice. A robust wine, complex and velvety, with soft tannins that linger. Excellent with matured cheeses, game and red meat.
